My New Plants

On Memorial day Wes and I went to the store and bought our first ever plants. We got one Tomato plant and one bell pepper plant. I am going to try and grow them this summer. I have never done this on my own and I have never had a little garden in pots but I am excited to try it out. Right now they are small and they sit on our back patio. Wish me luck!

Mother's Day

Happy Mother's Day!
My mom might just kill me for putting these pictures of her on here but I think they are cute. I don't know what I would do without my mom. She always has all the answers whenever I call her and ask her questions about anything and everything. Now that I am going to be a mom, I hope I can be as good as she is. I have a lot to learn. I love you mom!!

Emotional roller coaster

Does everyone experience this? For everyone who know me, they know that I NEVER cry. Really, I don't. I can probably count the times I have really cried on one hand (before I got pregnant that is) now it would probably only take a week or two to fill up one hand. Seriously I can't believe how much I have cried lately. And it's usually over dumb things. For example, one time my sister-in-law called me and left a message on my phone and when I listened to it, she said that she had just left the gym and was just calling me to chat. Well we used to go to the gym together all the time and for some reason I just lost it. I bawled and bawled! Wes just laughed at me (after he consoled me of course) and he was saying, "you don't cry like that when I leave you messages". It's not that I was really sad although I do miss going to the gym with Aubrie, it's just sometimes I get this overwhelming feeling to cry. My emotions are all over the place, Wes said this is also an emotional roller coaster for him too because he doesn't know what to do with my always changing emotions. The other symptoms I was expecting, the swollen feet after standing all day, the heart burn after every meal and of course, the growing tummy. I just wasn't ready to cry all the time.

Congratulations Wes!

This last Friday, May 2nd, Wes and I went to Salt Lake for Wes' graduation. Even though he finished up school in December and has gotten a job and moved on, he didn't get to officially walk until this last week. We stayed the night with my parents Thursday night,
and then Friday got up and went to the graduation ceremonies,
And then spent the rest of Friday with Wes' family. We went to lunch and then had games at Aubrie and Andrew's house until that evening when we drove back to Pocatello.
It was a fun weekend and I am so proud of Wes for his accomplishment of graduating from the University of Utah!
