Okay, I have never seen the Harry Potter movies, or Lord of the Rings, or Star Wars. I've just never been into those sorts of movies. Wes, on the other hand, loves them. He LOVES Harry Potter and has read all the books. So I said one day that I wouldn't mind watching the Harry Potter movies. I said that last week and last night, we just finished the last movie that has come out. I think it was called Harry Potter and something about Order of the Phoenix. Wes was so excited that I was willing to watch them that we had to go rent and borrow them right away. I have to admit that it was really fun. It was like our little date nights, sitting on the couch watching movies together and we even had treats for every movie. One night we had brownies and ice cream, other nights included popcorn, Oreo's and chips.
Even though sometimes I think it's hard to live here where I don't have any friends, I am glad that I have Wes. He is my best friend in the whole world and we have so much fun together!

Come on...I tried to get you to watch Star Wars all the time! Guess it just takes a cute boy. Hey-I'm loving some of those new songs from your player-Ingrid's and Mandy Moore's Umbrella! I haven't heard those before. I think you should check out A Fine Frenzy-she is my current favorite. She has this haunting, mellow, talented voice with lots of piano. You'll love her.

Don't worry, I was the same way until I married Gareth. He had all the Harry Potter books. They became popular while I was living out of the country so I missed the whole craze. After some convincing from G, I picked up the first book and didn't stop until the last one came out. The movies still aren't nearly as good as the books though. :)
