September
I love the month of September. It means that Fall is here and the hot summer is over. It also means that it's canning season, which is what I have been doing most of the month. I went to Salt Lake to help my sister-in-law can. She got lots and lots of fruit from her mother-in-law's yard and since I went to help her, she split the fruit with me. I had intentions to get lots of pictures but we were so busy that I didn't get very many. We ended up staying longer than planned because we had so much to do. In the end I ended up with about 100 jars of apples (mostly apples sliced but some apple sauce too) 40 jars of pears, 13 jars of peaches and 14 jars of salsa.
