Basically you learn what your energy type is and then you learn how to dress according to your type.
I have loved learning my energy type and the types of my family. She also has a book called "The Child Whisperer" where you learn the types of your children and then you learn how to better parent them according to their types. I am loving that book! Okay that's all. I'm off to do homework!
