Reading

There is something that Wes and I have done since we got married that I love and that is reading. We read books together. During our first year we read the "Tennis Shoes Among the Nephites" series. All 9 books. We had decided to read those because we had both read them when we were younger and remembered that we had liked them so we read them again. They were pretty fun although, when we got to the last book, it ends with a "to be continued..." and the author hasn't written the last book. Well recently we have started reading the "Harry Potter" series. I had never read these and Wes has been trying for so long to get me to read them so I finally agreed and you know what, I really like them. We just finished the 4th book last night. We used to take turns reading outloud to each other but now, it's mostly just Wes that reads because he is really good at it. He does all the voices so it makes it fun. I'm excited to start the next book and see what happens in Harry's 5th year at Hogwarts :)
I hope this is something that we can keep up as we have our kids and they get older. It's so much better than watching TV.
