Okay so I have this GREAT idea. At least in my head it is a great idea. With all of these crafts I've been doing lately, I have been so inspired to do more crafts, and more and more. It's kind of like a sickness. I think maybe my few crafts I've done has given me a false confidence that I can now do ANYTHING! :) So, with that said, I have decided to do a completely homemade Christmas. Yep, I'm crazy. But, it's too late...it's already in my head and now I am determined to do it. I have started some (BIG) projects already and I will post that after Christmas just in case those receiving the gifts look at my blog.
Anyway, after all of that, I am going to post about what I am doing for my kids. Just in case anyone wants some fun ideas and mostly for a place for me to keep track of everything.
First project: Quiet books. I have been researching this extensively online, (I LOVE the internet by the way, just for this reason...and when I say internet I really mean Pinterest and all the blogs they link up to) I am thinking that this is going to be a big, timely project, especially since I have to do two! I think I have an idea of what I want to do and here is where I have gotten all my ideas (as a reference for me and for anyone also wanting to make a quiet book)

There are some really cute ideas on all these blogs and I'm excited to get started on mine.
As I work on mine I will post the pages on here if anyone wants to see them...hopefully they turn out :)
As I get more ideas for Christmas I will post them on here (like matching pj shirts using my Silhouette, roads out of old denim for little cars, fun things out of cardboard boxes) OR, just follow me on Pinterest, that is where all of my ideas are coming from!
*Did I mention that Pinterest is the BEST thing ever invented! THE BEST EVER!!
